Handling & Shipping options
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours on weekdays. Bank Holidays and weekends are not included as delivery days.

Shipping - International

We use FedEx for orders from outside of the UK. Your order will be packed with care and despatched within 2 to 3 working days. You will receive a tracking number with our dispatch notification email.
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international. Please note we have no control over these charges and are unable to predict what they may be.

Returns
We hope you love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us.

If a product you have ordered is not as described, you may ask to return the goods to us in an unused re-sellable condition for a refund. We ask that items be returned clean, unused and in the same condition that you received them. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns of all digital download products (including PDF patterns) and clearance sale items.

TO START your RETURN, please email us at care@arastellaknit.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to help your return smoothly.

We cannot be liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you use a recorded delivery service and insure the items for their value.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) :
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the invoice date

Returns from EU

When returning orders, please mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods' on the packaging box or envelope to avoid any additional charges and delays getting back to us.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital products such as knitting patterns are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at gentlekindknit@gmail.com

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning items. If you are shipping items over £50 value, we would strongly recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
